As a Digital Project & Growth Manager, you are the link between our customers and the team. You are responsible for the project management of websites, web shops, and online processes, from the initial introduction to the launch and further optimization. In addition, you actively contribute ideas about new opportunities for customers, make proposals for additional services, and help develop existing and new customer relationships.

About the position

You will lead digital projects from start to finish and monitor planning, scope, and budget.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and maintain close communication about progress and results.
You will translate customer wishes to the team and ensure that everyone is clearly on track.
You will identify bottlenecks and opportunities within projects and address them proactively.
You help identify growth opportunities for customers and actively contribute to business development, such as:
- thinking along about suitable additional services
- making proposals for cross-selling or upselling in collaboration with sales
- actively contributing to strategic discussions with customers
You help translate customer needs into our services.
You represent WP Masters in a professional manner and maintain relationships through customer visits.

What we expect

Minimum HBO/WO working and thinking level.
Experience with digital projects (preferably in an agency environment).
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
You are customer-oriented, proactive, and have a good sense of process and structure.
Experience with business development, sales support, or commercial growth is a plus.
