About the position

Whether it’s a fully responsive and customised web design, a complete brand identity, an impressive banner or ad set or an extensive wireframe process – as a graphic designer at WP Masters, you’ll be energised by a multifaceted range of tasks. Your strategic (UX) and visual input (UI) are leading in this. You take our clients’ digital experiences to the next level and know exactly how to translate a brand’s identity into fantastic digital design. You inspire clients, and your fellow colleagues, with your sense of style and vision for digital products.

You lead your own projects, involving the client in your vision and knowing how to ask the right questions to arrive at the perfect solution. Together with your project team, consisting of a project manager, developer and a marketer, you ensure that the visual identity you designed is consistently implemented. You make realistic plans for your tasks within a project and know how to keep calm, even when the deadline is approaching.

But also:

• A relevant creative education;
• 1-3 years of (web) design experience in an agency/in-house;
• A master in Adobe Creative Cloud;
• Knowledge & skills in UX/UI;
• Strong communicator – you always stand behind your design and can justify it;
• A healthy sense of responsibility;
• Curious and open-minded;
• A portfolio you are proud of and can passionately talk about;
• Nice-to-haves: knowledge/affinity with WordPress, Figma, experience in Motion Design, and illustration.
