RD connects the best candidate with the right employer, but it was the website that had lost its connection with the organization. A full-fledged redesign was therefore realized for them. Addressing the various target groups with very different ages was quite a challenge. But when you say 'challenge', you say WP Masters.
The organization radiates positivity and we wanted to show that energy in the new website as well. The old website was a mess of positions and news articles, so restoring structure was essential.

The web design is characterized by a vibrant color palette and organic shapes that fit very well with the new identity. The company has been repositioned with a striking and friendly appearance, which makes it stand out from the competition.
An advanced dynamic system has been implemented in which the customer can easily fill and manage positions from one central location. The system automatically ensures that the correct vacancies are displayed on the corresponding target group page.
