The challenge

Reviving the outdated website

Look at the website

The challenge in the redesign of the Spaak CS website was to implement a clean, new design in the existing website. Also, the task was to understand the tricky subject matter to set up the website in a logical way that a normal user could also understand what Spaak CS does. We also had to optimise the website in the backend and make it faster for visitors.

The approach

Understanding the existing set-up and optimising it

Spaak CS's existing website was custom built based on Wordpress. It made extensive use of custom-built features for which no documentation was available. We first had to dig out and understand these functions so that it was clear how the website was put together, before we could start optimising it and implementing the new design.

"WP Masters has been a valuable and professional help for us to (re)build our website."

"We experienced them as a patient expert to guide us through the process. We are very pleased with the results."

The result

Prettier, faster & built for the future

The design has become much more appealing with many animated parts, custom-made illustrations that move, sliders and good use of the different colours per service provided by Spaak CS. In addition, the loading time of the website has been brought to under 1 second and it is now among the 95% fastest websites in the world. Fast websites use less power and are more environmentally friendly. Something that fits Spaak CS's identity exactly.
