About the position

As an Advertising Specialist, you get to turn your creative ideas into online advertising campaigns. From branding to conversion campaigns, you work with the team and the client to define the growth strategy and adapt campaigns accordingly.

You know everything (or a lot) about lookalike audiences, test periods, custom conversions, A/B testing, conversion-optimized campaigns, display campaigns, and remarketing techniques. You elevate your clients’ conversion rates to the next level. As an Advertising Specialist, you’re not working alone—you’re a true team player who enjoys collaborating with clients, your marketing team colleagues, and other teams (development, design, project management) at WP Masters.

You help your clients become online legends by thinking strategically about campaigns. You develop short- and long-term strategies, advise clients, and ensure that reports and analyses are translated into actionable points for yourself, the team, and the client.

What we expect

• Creating analyses and brainstorming as a team about the right growth strategy and approach
• At the start of each month, reporting on the results of the previous month and discussing plans for the upcoming month with the client (you’ll build your own client portfolio)
• Optimizing campaigns
• Client meetings
• Collaborating with asset creation (design) to turn your ideas into eye-catching moving banners, videos, and stills
• Planning and executing campaigns for your clients
• Contributing to improvements and knowledge-sharing within the marketing team
• Learning more about Social Advertising, SEA, and other marketing areas (SEO, email marketing, e-commerce marketing)
