You know what it takes to work within tight deadlines and budgets. You’re skilled at negotiation, and even in the most hectic situations, you maintain clarity and oversight. You have completed an HBO/WO-level education and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar agency or role. Experience with digital projects, agile working, and a strong command of both Dutch and English is a must.

About the position

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the realization of websites and webshops, from initial meetings and strategy development to the go-live phase.
In this challenging role, you navigate the boundaries of client expectations and technical possibilities, keeping a close eye on time and budget.
You translate client requirements to your team, working together to achieve the ultimate end result that delights the client.
You maintain close contact with your clients, acting as the primary point of contact and discussing project progress.
Beyond managing the "regular" tasks, you proactively address bottlenecks or identify opportunities for improvement within the project, creating the conditions for a highly successful delivery to the client.
You identify opportunities with your clients and are able to upsell new products or services where possible.

What we expect

You have completed an education at a minimum HBO (higher professional education) level.
You have experience and skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferably, you have knowledge of the WordPress CMS and similar software.
You are customer-oriented, proactive, and possess a high degree of independence and accuracy.
You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
You are stress-resistant and able to bring structure to chaotic situations.
