About the position

An SEO-optimized monster article, 100% score in Ahrefs, diverse A/B tests, and making decisions while experimenting with bold new ideas based on website data analysis—as an SEO Specialist at WP Masters, you thrive on a diverse range of responsibilities.

Your strategic insights and expertise take the lead. You elevate your clients’ visibility and conversion rates to new heights. As an SEO Specialist, you’re not working solo; you’re a true team player who loves brainstorming with clients, your marketing team colleagues, and other teams (development, design, project management) at WP Masters.

You help your clients become online legends by thinking strategically about website competition. You develop short- and long-term strategies, advise clients, and ensure that reports and analyses are translated into actionable steps for yourself, the team, and the client. Your advice focuses on the three core pillars of SEO: technical performance, authority, and content.

What we expect

Creating SEO analyses focusing on technical performance, content, and authority
Running analyses in Ahrefs & SE Ranking
Brainstorming as a team about the right growth strategy and approach
Implementing optimizations to improve your clients’ performance
Identifying technical improvement points and having them resolved by the development team
Creating and guiding SEO content planning for your clients
Frequent communication with your clients
Contributing to improvements and knowledge-sharing within the marketing team
Learning more about SEO & other marketing areas (paid marketing, email marketing, e-commerce marketing)
