Madame Fleurie is a flower shop specialising in offering silk bouquets and floral arrangements for various occasions. They deliver to both individuals and businesses and also offer subscriptions for regular flower deliveries.
A completely new business set up by Eric van Noort, so there is work to be done. So we looked at the content of the new webshop to determine what information is important to the user and how best to present it. The customer journey should be made as easy as possible from the moment they enter the website until they purchase a bouquet.
Look at the website
It was important for us to get a good idea of what Madame Fleurie is. We had many meetings with Eric to get clear on what his company stands for and what his expectations are. We then started working on the design step by step, starting with a wireframe in which we figured out all the pages UX-wise. We then set up a style statement that would be carried through throughout the website, always in consultation with Eric of course.
We are extremely proud of the result that has come out of a project in which we put a lot of hours. We have a steady website for users that is clear but also unique. With an elaborate user flow, users can easily order a bouquet.
