We developed the webshop entirely mobile-first, as a large portion of visitors access it via mobile. Every button, content block, and the entire product flow was strategically designed to guide users smoothly toward a purchase. Additionally, it was a challenge to effectively serve both target audiences: existing salon clients and organic webshop users.
The biggest complexity lay in the menu structure and how the salon and webshop needed to coexist. Through smart UX choices and clear positioning, the salon experience remains recognizable, while the webshop gets its own conversion-focused funnel.
The result feels like one strong brand, with two distinct entry points that complement and reinforce each other.
