The design process began with mapping out the correct user flow for the different users who will interact with the website. We outlined the necessary pages through wireframes and how they could all lead to the desired conversion(s). The non-logged-in user is directed to request a demo, while the logged-in user is guided from the demo environment to request a quote.
Two different environments were built to guide the user roles, differing in flow, informational content, and conversion goals. The logged-in user is welcomed with a custom dashboard where the Braintainment experience is palpable, while the other user role sees a conversion-optimized sales website.
