Mercury Yacht Construction approached us with the request to develop a new website. As a leading company in yacht construction, it’s crucial that Mercury has a website that reflects this feeling for visitors. The website truly acts as a business card for suppliers and partners, while also serving as a platform to promote their involvement with the vocational school. The website needed to have a rugged and down-to-earth look, while emphasizing the sense of family and community.

At the start of the project, we had an extensive tour of the Mercury workshop, where we could really experience how vast the workspace is and how impressive the size of the yachts they work on is. We wanted to reflect this grandeur of Mercury on the website. We achieved this by using prominent images, powerful titles, and subtle animations that are activated as visitors scroll through the pages. A real eye-catcher is the special animation on the "About Us" page, where a yacht approaches the viewer as it sails out of the workshop.
The final result is a website that Mercury is incredibly proud of! The essential information about Mercury and their work is clearly presented in various places on the site. Combined with powerful photography, the website truly gives you the feeling that you’re dealing with a professional company that also exudes the warm feeling of a family.
