After years of maintaining the old website for ‘Zo Werkt Het’, it was time for a new one last year. The outdated, slow and confusing website was replaced by an accessible and beautiful new platform with a load time of less than a second and a super-fast filter function for the large knowledge base.

The approach

Speels design, veel content en schone code!

Based on website that already existed, we identified what we could do to make the website convert better and make it look more visually pleasing to the user. We got feedback from real users, as well as feedback from the client itself. We then went through the website ourselves to improve the user experience and make it more uncluttered.

The new design has lighter colours for better readability, is perfect for mobile devices and was designed with an eye on the future. Together with Zo Werkt Het, we set up national campaigns every year, the website was created in such a way that new pages for these campaigns can be created very easily due to the clear code and clean back-end.

National campaigns

For years, we have had the honour of working together with Zo Werkt Het to set up mega fun national campaigns to make as many employers and employees as possible more aware of better solutions and inspiration for their companies in terms of green mobility, working from home, electric driving and more. Every year, we also present the coveted Zo Werkt Het Award. Employees can nominate their employers each year to win it. The first one was for the best home-working employers of 2021, the following year the award went to the 4 best hybrid employers of 2022. In 2023, we went into the saddle in search of the best cycling employers of the year and currently the entries are flooding in for the best green meters employer of the year.
