Human Logic is a successful coaching method in which the person is central. Using one personal assessment and six peer assessments, a comparison is made between how a person sees themselves and how colleagues see this person. This is followed by a trajectory supervised by a coach who works with the person to put them in their power. The fact that the person is central was therefore essential and had to be reflected in the design.

The website must be in close contact with an external tool that makes the assessments possible. Using various APIs, data must be exchangeable so that it is available in personal accounts within the website.

The approach

A database of people and being able to use it dynamically

In order to be able to realize the question of having the person and the behavioral styles come back, a database of people was created quite quickly. These people were carefully selected together with the client and provided with a suitable behavioral style. These people had to be able to come back in several places within the site, such as on the pages that would provide explanations about the behavioral styles, but also in calls to actions throughout the website.

To support the behavioral style colors, it was decided to enrich the corporate identity with shapes. These shapes can all be linked to a behavioral style, depending on the shape. These shapes have been subtly incorporated into the design.

The result

A lightning-fast website with a business-like appearance in a playful way

For the project, we started by setting up a backend that is super user-friendly (custom WordPress development). No unnecessary options, pages or other frills. Only what is really necessary. This has simplified the use of the website for the customer, who was already familiar with WordPress, many times over. The database of people is easy to adjust and use in the desired places within the website.

The webshop and account section is fully styled according to the house style. This not only includes the customer environment, but also all emails that come from the website. In addition, the links with the assessment tool fit seamlessly and the transition is barely noticeable for users. Now that is user-friendly.
