The Other Side, a popular club in Amsterdam, came to us because the popularity and ticket sales of the individual events did not yield the desired results. We then presented a complete approach after various brainstorms in which the customer journey was determined from A to Z.

Het doel van de campagne is dus het promoten van de ticketverkoop voor losse evenementen die plaatsvinden bij The Other Side. Door middel van een gerichte advertentiecampagne en verbeteringen aan de website (custom landingspagina's) hebben we de zichtbaarheid van de evenementen vergroot, de betrokkenheid van de doelgroep verbeterd en een stuk meer tickets verkocht!

  • Event Pages: Create attractive and informative event pages with clear CTAs (Call to Actions) to purchase tickets buy.

Ad Campaign

  • Social Media Ads: Develop and launch targeted ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Use attractive visuals and clear messages that promote the lineup, top DJs, sound system and location.
  • Retargeting: Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage previous website visitors and previous customers with specific ads - focus entirely on the offer as these customers are already familiar with the location and sound system.

We achieved this by completely streamlining a client's journey and conveying 1 clear message in the ads and on the landing pages. Previously, no separate event pages were created either and this change has also caused a big increase in the conversion rate.
