Combekk is a Dutch brand that embodies sustainability, design, and quality in every detail. Based on these brand values, we started the redesign and development phase of the webshop. Our goal was not only to create a more attractive site, but also to make Combekk's sense of craftsmanship tangible.
During the design phase, we explored how we could better weave the brand story into the shopping experience. Images and material stories were given a prominent role, so that visitors not only see products, but also experience their origin and the craftsmanship behind them. Using wireframes and prototypes, we tested different layouts to find the right balance between storytelling and conversion.
Improving conversion played a central role in our approach. From clear product filters to strategically placed CTAs, every design decision had one goal: to make the step from interest to purchase as natural and effortless as possible.
